A New Dimension of U.S. & Japan Collaboration
The cornerstone of Global Organization of Leadership and Diversity’s work is a historic new dimension of Japan-U.S.collaboration.
GOLD has launched new and innovative initiatives to provide leadership development training experience that inspires and prepares women to assume leadership roles in a global diversified workforce environment.
GOLD develops programs to build a “leadership bridge across the Pacific” that brings together current and future women leaders from Japan and the U.S.
GOLD’s programs take the lead in:
Demonstrating the economic necessities and benefits of advancing
global workforce diversity.
Developing global leadership training programs that advance
opportunities for women in both countries.
Facilitating the development of a professional network between women
leaders to share resources, stimulate strategic partnerships among
private and non-profit sectors, and expand markets.
