The cornerstone of Global Organization of Leadership and Diversity’s (GOLD) work is creating a historic new dimension in Japan-U.S. collaboration.
GOLD has launched new and innovative initiatives to provide leadership development training experience that inspires and prepares women to assume leadership roles in a global diversified workforce environment.
GOLD develops programs to build a “leadership bridge across the Pacific” that brings together current and future women leaders from Japan and the U.S.
