GOLD hosted its 4th symposium on October 28, 2011 at Tokyo American Club. Over 200 current and future women and men leaders including the scholarship recipients from Japan and the U.S. participated.

GOLD is grateful to those who have generously helped make the symposium a success!

The 4th GOLD symposium is a collaborative Japan – U.S. Leadership Initiative following the first three successful symposia in Los Angeles and Tokyo. This symposium will bring together influential leaders from Japan and the U.S. to share their insights into business advantages gained through the execution of the “Diversity & Inclusion” strategy, and to offer the “3C” skills required to be successful 21st century innovative leaders.
