Cancellations must be made in writing. All refunds are based on postmarked date of written request.  

Cancellations made on or before March 1, 2010, receive a full refund less a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be given after March 2, 2010.  

On-line registrations will receive a confirmation e-mail from our fiscal sponsor, Community Partners. Registrations received by fax or mail will receive an electronic letter of confirmation.
