To develop global leadership skills
through the lens of Japanese culture, create
strategies for using gender and generational
diversity as a competitive advantage and maximize

career planning.
KEY OUTCOMES
Develop greater self-awareness of their individual
and collective leadership strengths and areas of
improvement;
Enhance their ability to handle changes;
Better understand the impact of cultural values on
their behaviors as well as the relationship between
organizational values and individual cultural
values; and
Develop strategies for effectively managing their
personal leadership development and careers.
Curriculum:
The curriculum incorporates interactive
exercises, small group discussions, and individual
exercises to give participants a range of learning
tools to develop their leadership skills to their
fullest potential.
