A Short Film Presentation
'Curiosity'
directed by Chiara Clemente Exploring Unconscious Bias: How Do We Know Bias When
We Are Unable to See it in Ourselves? More and more diversity training practitioners are discovering that people have no idea about the unconscious process they use to make decisions about people who are different from them, and even about people in groups that they themselves are a part of. Through this presentation on
Exploring Unconscious Bias you will gain a better understanding of the nature of unconscious bias and how it impacts your decisions.

These trends have been well-documented by JMRN, including the fact that at the forefront of this change are Japanese women. JMRN research shows that high-earning Japanese women spend some 10% of their annual income on self-polishing for personal and professional reasons. Meanwhile, "Womenomics” is a term coined by Ms. Kathy Matsui in the late 1990s, in a report which highlighted that females in Japan are responsible for many of the recent areas of strength in the economy, and are likely to play a major role in long-term potential economic growth.
