2007 Study Tour
GOLD held an inaugural "21st Century Leadership Development Study Tour" from August 20 to August 24, 2007 in Los Angeles. The three-and-a-half-day intensive leadership development workshop was designed through collaboration with LEAP (Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc.). GOLD developed this unique study tour program to address the specific values and needs of global women leaders, focusing on Japanese and Asian American culture.
Nine participants included representation from management level business women, academia and MBA students/alumni from Japan, Canada and the United States.
