Who We Are

GOLD was established in March 2006 by Hiroko Tatebe, Founder and Executive Director. Hiroko is a native of Tokyo, Japan and former Director, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank of California. She has a distinguished record in international finance and management, and has held leadership roles in professional and civic organizations.

GOLD assists inspired individuals to be ready to assume leadership roles in a diversified workforce environment by providing them with a variety of training programs and professional exchanges. GOLD works collaboratively with non-profit organizations in Japan and the U.S.
