A New Dimension of U.S. & Japan Collaboration
The cornerstone of Global Organization of Leadership and Diversity's work is a historic new dimension of Japan-U.S. collaboration.
GOLD develops programs to build a "leadership bridge across the Pacific" that brings together current and future women leaders from Japan and the U.S.
GOLD's programs take the lead in: |
Demonstrating the economic necessities and benefits of advancing global workforce diversity. |
Facilitating the development of a professional network between women leaders to share resources, stimulate strategic partnerships among private and non-profit sectors, and expand markets. |
Developing global leadership training programs that advance opportunities for women in both countries. |
